Second generation entrepreneurs: Legacy continues

Technology, competition, and workforces are ever changing in today's business environment and make up some of the most difficult challenges for "new" entrepreneurs.

Joining the league of second generation entrepreneurs who are ready to face these challenges are Siddharth Chaturvedi and Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi, SPJIMR (Marketing) 2005 alumni.

The couple hasmoved out fromtheir lucrative jobs to becomesecond generation entrepreneurs at AISECT Limited, India's leading I.T Training and EducationNetwork. Sidharth was working with IBM consulting division in the retail space for two years, while Pallavi was a Brand Manager at Britannia for the past two years.

Pallavi now handles the Marketing and HR for AISECT with a 5000 centre strong network spread across 30 States and Union Territories. As the person in charge of Finance and Business Development, Siddharth is managing the e- Governance projects such as the CSC project in various states. Both are excited for producing excellent business results.
