The ‘Road Ahead’ for PGDM participants

The first year participants of PGDM Batch attended a workshop “The Road Ahead” conducted by Mr Prasun Ghosh,Manager,HRCTS India. The workshop was an enlightening session on the career trajectory of an MBA graduate. Mr Ghosh stressed on the requisite skills desired by his organisation and the corporate world in general. He also touched upon the dynamics of the Information Technology industry and its growth prospects.

The workshop was highly interactive with many participants asking questions on the issues ranging from economic meltdown to the intricacies of the outsourcing industry. At the end of the session, participantswere happy to have good insights into the current business environment. Mr Ghosh through the workshop has set the future roadmap to achieve success in the corporate world. The onus is on the PGDM Batch to work hard and strive towards their career objectives and goals.
