IBM conducts Technology Day focused on IBM Tivoli Solutions

Technology Day- Tivoli- Presentation by Mr. Sagar Shah on ITIL and
Tivoli Perspective Maping of solutions.The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Version 3 is an important element of service management. IBM helps organizations make ITIL Version 3 actionable. IBM has extensive expertise in helping customers adopt service management best practices. This includes expertise in assessing, planning, designing, implementing and providing managed services. IBM provides a robust portfolio of products, education and services to help customers implement service management best practices.

As a part of the IT Infrastructure and Service Management course for PGP2 – IM participants, a Technology Day on IBM Tivoli Solutions was organized on Sunday 2nd August'09 at the SPJIMR campus. The following topicswere covered:

1. ITIL and Tivoli Perspective – Mapping of Solutions
2. IBMTivoli Monitoring
3. IBMTivoli ProvisioningManager

The speakers from IBM were: Mr. Raghunath Krishnamurthy- Head, IBM Software Lab-Mumbai; Mr. Sagar Shah; Mr. Himanshu; Ms. Kanchan Sukheja; and Ms. Priyadarshini.
