CCL Session on 'The Art of Possibility'

People and Performance (P&P) course of PGDM Batch of 2009-2011 ended with an enlightening talk fromProf. TZipi Radonsky and her associate Ms. Philomena Rego, a certified Compass coach from CCL (Centre for Creative Leadership), Greensbrow, U.S.A. Prof. TZipi Radonsky has been a longtime adjunct coach at CCL and holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Greensbrow, USA. Across the world, CCL offers on leadership education, research and the leadership challenges across theworld.

The session started off with the understanding of the concept of "The Art of Possibility" that can be acquired through a growing mindset as against a fixed or a rigid one. The importance of a growing mindset stems from the fact that it enables an individual to bring future into the present andempower it to heal and learn frommistakes.

Citing the instance of the acclaimed movie "SlumDog Millionaire", Prof TZipi further elaborated on the concept of "self-awareness" or consciousness to live in the present. In otherwords, even in theworst of the situations,we have the choice of opting for an attitude, that would direct our growth.

The interactive session winded with Ms. Philomena telling the participants about the 'Wheel Of Life' exercise that can enable the youth of today to discover facets of their personality that can bring out the creative leader in them.
