ADMAP Initiative- Session on 'Six Thinking Hats’

Under the aegis of ADMAP programme, SPJIMR organised a session on “Six Thinking Hats” for PGDM participants. The session was conducted by Mr. Suresh Mhatre, Principal Consultant at TCS and renowned practitioner and trainer for Six Thinking Hats process. He emphasized on how innovation and 'out of box' thinking can enable the managers to improve problem solving skills. The session aimed at inculcating the creative problem solving and decision making approach among participants and developing understanding of 'parallel thinking' process to prevent adversarial discussions in problem solving. The session was greatly appreciated by participants and left them with a methodology that can be perfected for improved decision making process.
