Programme Overview 

Organisations are witnessing transformational changes with the onset of digital technologies. Besides the core functions, Job and work specifications and career roles of those handing them, have to be re-aligned with the new business model and emerging business strategies. Organisational re-configuration may harbour internal stress and loss of productivity if the change process is not smooth and seamless. Organisations need to therefore develop a band of internal OD consultants to handle the process of diagnostics, assess the skill gaps, develop requisite capabilities to ensure effective change.
