The Centre for Family Managed Business (FMB) offers the Family Managed Business Programme for young family business managers.

Sensing the need to impact management practices in family managed businesses FMB introduced a management education programme that customises the management concepts, knowledge and techniques taught in a regular post-graduate management programme to the individual demands of a family managed business and addresses the challenge of synergising family and business interests.

The FMB programme has been spread over three phases of six months each. The aim of the programme is to ably equip young family members with the skill sets to confidently handle the growth challenges of their businesses, besides enabling them to function more effectively in the family environment.

The institute also offers a modified management programme for Owner Managers in charge of business operations .Programmes offered are as followed
