Mentors Meet

The mentorship concept is a unique feature of the Executive Management Programme. Sponsoring companies nominate in house mentors who guide the participants during the tenure of the course. Mentors involvement includes assisting their protégé's to access information from within the company for application exercise, scrutinising applied e-learning and, guidance in selecting a dissertation theme.

Mentor Meets are periodically held at SPJIMR campus and also at the company premise. Mentor Meets provide for active industry-academia interaction and on a whole towards strengthening the program. Mentors also garner significant knowledge along the process, which helps the sponsoring companies.
