The Institute is looking for academicians with a PhD (relaxable for exceptional cases) & a minimum of 5 years teaching, research or managerial experience in the following areas:

Organization Behavior & HRM
Quantitative Methods & OR
Manufacturing & Operations
Business Economics
Finance
Marketing
Information Technology and Management

Our remuneration package has a fixed component in line with IIMs (see table)

This coupled with a large variable component, through EDPs, consulting & other activities, makes it on par with corporate compensation. Benefits include housing or HRA, relocation expenses, school admissions, medical insurance, international travel etc.
