Programme

The participants of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) spend 48 hours mentoring. The mentors spend time with the mentee and his/her family at the mentee's home and guide him/her in various academic and non-academic areas for developing holistic personality of the mentee.

The program now includes learning about Sociology of poverty, its economic, social and cultural dimensions, family relationships etc.

The mentoring program has been pioneered by the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) from February 2009 and has been taken forward by the participants of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from July 2009.
