Middle and senior management positions are critical in any organization and ensuring a right fit is high on any recruiter’s agenda. In response to feedback from the industry and its recruiters, SPJIMR has launched IPIPI as an initiative to enhance the fit between companies and participants. Beginning April 2011, companies can express their interest by presenting available/prospective lateral positions to participants. Companies can select interested participants for an engagement from May – Aug 2011 with a view of recruiting them during the placement process i.e. Sept – Oct 2011. The engagement during IPIPI will be through offline projects since the participants will have to continue attending lectures as per the curriculum. For companies within Mumbai, the participants would be available in person on Thursdays while for companies outside Mumbai participants will have access to video conferencing facilities. Based on the function and domain of the project, the participants would be guided by a faculty member facilitated through the course coordinator. Benefit to Recruiter
