Placement Process

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) has consistently maintained a hundred percent recruitment record, and takes pride in the fact that its students have exceeded expectations of recruiters.

PGDM placements at SPJIMR consist of the following:

• Autumns Placements (July-Aug each year)
  
• Final Placements (Feb-March each year)

For each of these processes, the following procedure is adopted:

• Confirmation of participation in Placements Process by the Company
  
• Pre-Placement Talks by Company representatives
  
• Applications from SPJIMR participants and Shortlists
  
• Group Discussions/Interviews


• Job Offers and Acceptances
  

Placement Charges (if PPO is given and accepted) **

Registration Fee: Rs.20000/-
Placement Fee: RS.20000/- for every PPO

- Taxes as applicable will be charged extra **

Placement Cell (PGDM)

The PGDM Placement Cell at SPJIMR facilitates the recruitment process by setting the policies for placement and managing the various stages of interaction between the participants of the 2 year PGDM course and prospective employers.
