‘The Tax Busters’ stands Second in “Ambush”

Amoolya Giridhar and Kavya Puthurao, students from PGP1 have a reason to be jubilant. Their team “The Tax Busters” won the second place in Ambush – The Supply Chain Game conducted by SCMHRD, Pune. The event was a case study competition involving a comprehensive analysis of warehouse locations of a cake manufacturing company in the context of the new tax regime - Goods and Services Tax that would take effect in India on April 1, 2010. The SPJIMR team competed against 14 teams to qualify for the final round and eventually secured the second position.
