UDDYAM is the annual Innovation and Entrepreneurship event of SPJIMR. The main objective of UDDYAM is to go beyond the typical discussions or B-plan competitions and culminate as an enterprise building exercise. UDDYAM intends to serve as a platform for the commercialisation of grass root level innovations. UDDYAM will be conducted in association with National Innovation Foundation (NIF) which has been working towards promoting grass root level innovations and this year we are eager to partner with Technopreneur Promotion Programme (TePP) of the Department of Science and Technology, who have pioneered in promoting technology based innovations. NIF & TePP have patented many grass root level innovations over the past few years which makes Uddyam a one-of-its-kind event for creating a platform for converting innovation into enterprise in the social sector.

UDDYAM will be organized by the Entrepreneurship Committee of SPJIMR, at SPJIMR, Mumbai on 7th February'09. At UDDYAM we will provide an ecosystem for innovators, entrepreneurs and corporate organizations to build new ventures, develop ideas into opportunities, access funding and expertise and network.
