Topics for Discussion:

1. Corporate Governance has more to do with building professional work environment with good systems and practices than to do with only compliance.
   
2. Corporate Governance requires good clarity and foundation on induction, responsibilities and remuneration of family members in business.
   
3. Good Corporate Governance leads to gaining competitive advantage. There is not enough clarity about the need of good corporate governance and the process of transition towards implementing that.
