About the Centre

S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR, Mumbai) and IBM have collaborated to establish the SSME Centre at the SPJIMR Campus on 16th July 2008. This centre is the first ever establishment of its kind to promote the innovation and excellence in design, development and deployment of services in various industries in India.

SSME is a thought-leading initiative from IBM focusing on Service Systems. SSME uses Scientific, Management, Social studies and Engineering disciplines to improve Service tasks and their excellence.
