SPJIMR, in collaboration with IBM has set up a Centre of Excellence in Services (SSME - Services Science, Management and Engineering). Its main focus is on conducting research in the realm of services. It also offers a certificate program in services. The Centre is looking for a few senior experienced as well as fresh researchers to join the Centre’s existing team. An interest in areas of services will be strongly preferred.

Performance based emoluments with average packages increasing every year.
Our remuneration package has a fixed component in line with IIMs. This coupled with a large variable component through EDPs, Consulting, International teaching and performance incentives, makes it comparable with corporate compensation. Currently, the gross packages range from Rs 7 to Rs 15 lakhs p.a. and the trend is progressive, with the range increasing year-on-year.
